Refund & Legal Policy:

Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event date.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event (including no-shows) are non-refundable under any circumstances, due to upfront costs and confirmed bookings with venues and suppliers.

If you pay by deposit, the same refund terms apply—deposits are refundable only up to 14 days before the event date. After this, deposits become non-refundable.

This is a non-competitive, social road trip on public roads. Antisocial, dangerous, or reckless driving will not be tolerated.
